Discounted rates for registration fee are available until Wednesday, 16 Sep 2020 to those who are highly interested in the conference. Online registration is recommended to all participants of the conference through the official website.

Payment Methods

- VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX, and UnionPay are acceptable only.
- Payment by credit card is available through both on-line procedure and on-site. After your on-line registration and the payment are completed, you will receive the confirmation letter from the ICOA-10 secretariat including your registration receipt via e-mail. If you do not receive the letter within a week, please kindly contact ICOA-10 secretariat by e-mail (icoa2020@kasi.re.kr).
Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Requests to change conference registration and cancellations must be emailed at ICOA-10 secretariat (icoa2020@kasi.re.kr).
• Please note that refund will be made after the conference and the registration fees are refundable at the rates as specified below.

• You can get the full refund for all registration fees if you need to cancel due to illness, restriction on entry or travel, or VISA refusal by Korea Ministry of Foreign Affairs or Korea Ministry of Justice.
Luncheon Voucher Reservation
We provide a luncheon voucher for USD 10 per day, which is discounted more than 50%.
* Notice: At the registration desk on-site, a luncheon voucher can be sold to only a person reserved. Luncheon vouchers must be booked up by 4 Jun. 2020.
