ICOA LOC is currently obliged to postpone the schedule of the ICOA-10 due to the global outbreak of COVID-19. Although recently Korea and China perceive that this epidemic has been decreasing far from its peak, the number of confirmed cases by COVID-19s is exponentially increasing across Europe and North America, as declared by the WHO as a pandemic. This impact leads into shutting down international airports and ports.

We hope that the spread of COVID-19 is going to end soon, and pray for the recovery of infected people. We also postpone the ICOA-10 event to October 23–27, 2020.
